Fitness Training
NSWRU conducts fitness training for referees on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
Until March 28th (ie during daylight savings time), the venue is the Bus Loop Oval at Moore Park (directly out the front of the SCG).
From the 28th March, training will be held at the ES Marks Athletics Field, corner Anzac Parade and Dacey Avenue, Kensington (Access via the gate on Boronia Street).
All referees from any association are welcome!

Qualifications - Diploma of Recreation (Fitness), Certificate Level 3 Fitness Leader, Certificate Level 4 Personal Trainer, Certificate Level 2 in Sport and Recreation (Fitness Instruction), Black belt Pro Level 1 punch pad and kick pad instructor, Austswim Instructor.
Background - Representative soccer, State level indoor soccer, State representative for swimming, athletics and cross country. Personal Trainer for five years.
Specialties - Strength and conditioning, resistance training, boxing/kick boxing, plyometrics, weight loss.
