NSWRRA Gradings
All NSWRRA referees are split into grading groups, and appointments are allocated accordingly. The NSWRU Referee Coach Management Committee releases these gradings 2 or 3 times each year for the purposes of transparency.
Gradings are done by letter in groups of roughly 10-12. Within a lettered grading, all referees are considered equal.
